How Our Refill Policy Works:

We understand that social media engagement can fluctuate, and we want to ensure you get the value you’ve paid for. Our refill policy is designed to address any drops in the number of likes you receive after placing an order.

Refill Eligibility:

  • Start Count: The refill process begins by noting the initial count of likes on your post at the time of your order. For example, if your post has 500 likes before you make a purchase of 500 additional likes, the start count is recorded as 500 likes.
  • Delivery Count: After the purchased likes are delivered, the total count should reflect the sum of your start count and the number of likes ordered. Using the above example, the after-delivery count would be 1000 likes.

When Refill Applies:

  • Our refill policy is triggered if the total number of likes on your post falls below the after-delivery count. In the example above, if your post’s likes drop below 1000 at any time, our refill process will automatically start to bring the likes back up to the 1000 count.

Conditions:

  1. Refill Duration: Refills are available for a lifetime after your order is completed. This means that as long as the criteria are met, you will receive refills indefinitely.
  2. Post Integrity: The content of the post can be edited, but the likes count must remain visible. If the likes count is hidden, the refill policy will not apply.

Exceptions:

  • If the drop in likes is due to a violation of Instagram’s terms of service or a penalty imposed on the account, the refill policy may not apply.
  • Refills are only applicable to the original post for which the likes were purchased and cannot be transferred to another post.
